The 2023 Annual General Meeting of the Hastings-Lennox & Addington Conservative Association will be held on Wednesday November 15 2023 at 7:00 pm at the Huntingdon Veterans Community Centre in Ivanhoe, 11379 Hwy 62, Centre Hastings, Ontario. This meeting is open to all residents of the Riding of Hastings-Lennox & Addington who have a membership in the Conservative Party of Canada valid on October 25 2023. People whose memberships have expired within 90 days of the AGM can renew their memberships at registration.

Attendees will be asked at the meeting to provide government-issued identification showing the member’s address and photograph.

The meeting will be held in accordance with the rules and procedures set out in the Hastings-Lennox & Addington Conservative Association Constitution (available here. ).
